We made an appointment to explore a new lease and proceed with turning in our old lease. Nickie was efficient in providing us with the facts regarding options and prices. She explored what we were interested in when we made the appointment and had vehicles ready for us tp view and try out. She promptly consulted with Peter from financial with any questions we had and was willing to provide different cost options with a new lease. She never made us feel rushed throughout the process.
