Good service team, too high cost.

Service folks are very nice, but costs are very high. And the recommended maintenance is unnecessary for a new vehicle.

Lack of communication, incorrect information

Invoice contained information that was incorrect. Such as the mileage it was off by over 700 kms. There were options marked as declined when I was never asked about them. Tire measurements were not recorded. Conflicting information regarding the need of a brake job.

Car was washed and ready to pick up on time

I had my winter tires installed and balanced. Summer tires stored with dealer. Alignment checked and found to be ok. Car washed.

Booked in for tire and filter change, oil alert popped on dash the day before and all service were accommodated during my appointment time. In and out of the dealership on time and when promised. Even learned that should nothing change in a month, my vehicle inspection should be a breeze to pass.

Not very customer friendly

To be honest I came in to get a rear wiper fixed an spend the 4 hours waiting I also request an oil change the problem wasn't the wait time it the point that the rear wiper was poorly fixed hand to go in the next day an get it fixed again which wasted more of my time so I contacted the guy who sold me the car explain what the issue is he got me in real quick but to be honest when I got my keys back it was like the fact that u guys did me a favor by getting it in right away than you guys fixing your mistakes honestly I'm in a 5 year lease an I can't say I will come back to get another car after all this I wanted to be treated like a customer not a number an when they called me back about my by review they told they would speak to someone higher up an call me back but I didn't get that call only thing I got was the guy who sold me the car saying sorry on the phone an instead of maybe asking what can I do to fix the problem any way that's what happened in a nut shell
