I came in not sure what I wanted in a vehicle. Ryan call me on a day before and ask me to come and showed me vehicles I hadn’t even considered. He was one of people who know the EV and could answer difficult questions that I asked him. I am very happy with the car I left with, and I wouldn’t have chosen it if I hadn’t gone to Laird Wheaton. It was a great experience, and I would recommend this dealership to my friends.

We are new to the area and happened by Laird Wheaton GM Nanaimo for an oil change We were so impressed with our treatment at the service department We decided to wander over to the sales department There are we Met Chad who coincidentally We had already texted and emailed with six months earlier Chad talked us through the process got us into a nice shiny new truck in no time and exceeded all of our expectations He had a lot to live up to we had previously been dealing with our salesman on the mainland since the end of the 80s We are so happy with our new vehicle and our service from both your service department and our sales representative Chad we have recommended your dealership to many people in our circle of influence and will continue to do so Coincidently we’re now talking to Chad about our next vehicle ... I found everyone I dealt with at the dealership very pleasant and professional . I was however very disappointed in the execution of your online trade appraisal system ( not what I consider to be above board ) , and only chose to move ahead with the deal in the most strait forward manor so as not to frustrate myself and to keep it a pleasant interaction.
