Excellent service by Auto Planet. We were allowed to peruse all the vehicles at the showroom at our own pace and any questions/concerns were answered efficiently. Rishi helped us throughout the entire process and despite the back and forth in the decision making, he was patient throughout. I was really happy with the experience.

After they apply on the bank for the suv the financial office called me they everything is ok next day I call and they say the car I buy is sold they waste your time no buy cars from them they like to play games with the customers

Pathetic experience! I had booked an appointment for a specific vehicle. when I reached the dealership I was told it was sold. got a call 10 min after I left the dealership that customer cancelled their booking. so traveled 50km the next day only to hear the sales rep say sorry it was sold to the same customer. please don't believe their sales rep.
