Overall experience is so-so. They are very enthusiastic to sell the cars but when it's time for repairs, it's often difficult to reach them. To get an appointments, it takes 2 weeks minimum. The overall and repair service is closed after 5pm (4:30pm in reality) during weekdays and completely closed during the weekends. It's definitely not the most convenient garage to repair and maintain VW cars. Bytek technicians are not that good at anticipating repairs to the point I’m wondering if Bytek does not take advantage of customers: At my last visit, they asked me to replace my rear break discs ($700+) whereas at the previous visit (7 month before), Bytek never mentioned the break pads were about to get completely used. Because of their lack of care, I kind of damaged prematurely the rear break discs. If they would have noticed the rear pad were overused, I would have replaced the pads proactively before damaging the discs. Without mentioning they forgot to replace a second wiper during the check up! 🤔 definitely NOT a premium service.
