I am very happy that i chose Bytek for the purchase of my new GTI. Derrik was very knowledgeable about the car because he has one himself (modified) so i highly recomment him if you are in the market for a GTI or any other VW cars.

I will never purchase another car here as I haven't received proper costumer service. I had no windshield washer in my car when I received it. I told the dealer I wanted a sunroof for my car. He told me it was too expensive. I received no deal what's so ever. I wanted to see the car before purchasing it he refused to show it to me. Very poor service.

I just received my new Tiguan 2018 love it... It was the first time that I had 3 different choice for dealership to go to. I end up choosing Bytek because of the quality of service I received and a nice discount because I was in the CAF. Always nice to feel appreciated for our service to this great country. Dilhan Mendis was m sales rep... that guy is the best, smiley and knowledgeable about the brand. It is m 5 VW car so I am always surprised when I go to others dealership and the sales rep knows less than you do. I exchanged my 2014 golf wagon TDI for the new Tiguan ( family is a little bigger now) VW canada were not the greatest to handle the situation... A good thing that Bytek was there to help me even if I did not buy my Golf TDI there in the first place. Also a special kudos to a certain person from the reception team who is always at her best with a smile on her face. :)
