The service staff (greg?) is either highly INCOMPETENT or completely DISHONEST. After several hundred dollars and few weeks wasted my car is in a worse condition than when I had initially brought it in. Never going back there again.

Wonderful customer service from my product specialist (sales person ) JD Brown. Genuine gentelman and honest. It's hard to find people with these attributes today. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles, and has helped me experience and gain more insight into the WV brand. Highly recommend Mr JD Brown and the Bytek dealership. Thank you kindly.
