I was refereed to autoplanet by someone to meet Hisham Ansari.He helped us find the right vehicle keeping our budget in mind. He did his homework well and presented us with certain choices upon which making decision was easy. Our finance manager was Johnny Wong, he is very professional and keeps his promise. He goes through the paperwork with you, rather than saying read and sign. Bottom line is if i were purchasing another vehicle i would make sure i deal with Hisham Ansari and Johnny Wong combined. They make a great team! No Sales Pressure from any of them(which is rare)

Hey Guys, Awesome Experience with AutoPlanet Direct. If you are even a little serious about buying car, try start looking from AUTOPLANET DIRECT and trust me they are going to be the one whom from you will buy whenever you switch your vehicle. They have awesome inventory , superclean environment, playplace for children and very good staff. As we were looking for a family vehicle we started here at Autoplanet and met Mr. Ansari who showed every other option with detailed pros and cons as per our need and finally on basis of that we decided to buy right there. We are a Struggling family and our each penny has to go in right vehicle and right hands hence Mr. Ansari introuced us to Mr. Zain , who searched on our behalf and provided us very competitive rates as they are linked with various banks. Their support tech dept is also very good who listens to what you need get detailed in your car and they will get it done. .. ALL THE BEST GUYS AND DO VISITAUTOPLANET DIRECT ATLEAST ONCE.

I purchased a 2015 lancer from Auto Planet and Harris was there to assist us through the entire process. He helped us get a great deal and his customer service was amazing even after the sale. He was very helpful as he went it of his way to deliver great customer service! Thank you Harris!

!!! NEVER EVER BUY vehicle from this cheat Auto Planet. I did a mistake by buying an SUV from this co. Within fifteen days (their so called 30 days warranty) my SUVs starts giving problem and I was asked by the Manager to take the vehicle to their authorized garage at their expenses. I did that and after half the work done, I was told by the garage owner,that Auto Planet manager refused to pay and I have to pay for the repairs, before leaving garage. I called A.P. Manager many times but he did not picked my call, having no other option, I payed the garage owner. After that I came to A.P. Manager he refused to refund any money and told me this do not covers under their warranty. Now I have no option but to sue this Auto Planet in court.
