New vehicle purchase

I had a great experience buying the vehicle, however, when I picked up my new vehicle had a small scratch on it. It took 3 days to get repaired and after that I had a another small issue and I did not get any follow-up at all to make sure the issue had resolved itself. I feel that VW treats new customers better than existing ones.

Excellent sales service. Only downside the car wasn't super clean on delivery and also was missing tire pressure valve.

I've been working with David Vaughan for a couple weeks now to narrow down which model of the Tiguan I want. He has been the best sales person I have ever met.
