Bytek VW has given me consistently stellar service from the moment I bought my first car with them in 2011. In particular, the sales rep David Vaughan has gone out of his way on many occasions to ensure my experiences are always beyond positive. To name of a few examples, the prices offered from the moment you walk in are significantly lower than other VW dealerships in Ottawa, so you can skip the pre-negotiations and get straight to the nitty gritty pricings. Most notably among my experiences, a week after buying my first car, I had (to my embarassment) backed up into a post in my parking garage, and put about $800 worth of damage onto the back of the car. I had it repaired at Bytek, and a month or so later (and completely unsolicited), David called me up and said he was finalizing my paperwork and noticed I came in for some repairs. I explained the situation and that it was my fault, to which he replied "well even so, it would suck if you bought a new car and had to pay that much to fix something right away, let me see what I can do for you." Even though I was not expecting this at all, the real surprise came the next day when David called me back to tell me that the cheque for the full amount was in the mail. I have now bought a second car from Bytek, and consider myself a lifelong customer.

The purchasing process took place over a signigicant period of time during which Dilhan Mendis was responsive to my queries in a timely and helpful manner. At no time did I feel pressured to make a decision as to whether or not to buy a vehicle: this is something that I have experienced at Bytek where I bought 3 cars in the last 7 years and that I truly appreciate. Credit must be given to Andrew Crowe for his dynamic approach to client satisfaction. Rebecca Nickerson in her role as business manager makes parting with money totally painless! This is one of the resons which made me a repeat customer. I must also comment on the exceptional services I always get in ghe Service Department. Diego and Rawad are both highly committed to provide personal ,extremely professional service and sound advice. Along with all the technicians, they are a major part of my decision to continue to bring my business to Bytek .

Dilhan was very professional and considerate of our needs. He listened to our demands and made everything possible to make the deal happen. If we should consider buying a car again from Bytek Volkswagen, we would ask for him to be our sales person. Good job Dilhan!
