I spent a lot of time in dealerships trying to find the right car for me and Bytek knocked this out of the park. Tim G. was awesome to work with from start to finish. Friendly, professional, and knowledgeable - he guided me on a great test drive that allowed me to appreciate all the car had to offer in terms of features and performance. The team was able to get me into a brand new GLI in under a week's time. Tim and the finance team were detailed and helpful throughout the financing process and there were no high-pressure tactics, bait-and-switches, or other strange moments through the process. The team was responsive throughout and I have no doubt that if I reached out to them tomorrow I would receive a prompt reply. Upon delivery, I was walked through everything I needed to know about the car and the contract, and had my phone set-up to the VW app. As somebody who was previously loyal to Toyota and Honda, the Bytek experience combined with the excellent, fun to drive characteristics of the VW GLI have converted me to the other side.

My experience with Bytek could not have been easier. Amanda P was stellar - not pushy, informative, helpful and overall lovely. The car is great and had to get a few helpful folks on the customer service side to help with the infotainment settings. Definitely would recommend the entire experience again and again.
