I purchased a 2021 Lexus RX 350. i traded in my 2019 Lexus ES300h. After less than 24 hours I was unhappy with the vehicle because I couldn't breath from toxic fumes and had to keep the window down. They must have sprayed something to hide some other odor. They advertise a 7 day full refund policy. I called in less than 24 hours and said I wanted to cancel the transaction. The refused to return my trade-in. I said I still wanted to return their car. They refused to refund the full trade-in value. They are dishonest and I will never purchase a car from them again.
