I had an amazing experience for a first time car buyer. The process was extremely fast and I love mostly how the workers play such a big roll in making their customers satisfy. I’ve had the opportunity to be serviced by ammy. He was straight forward when giving information he didn’t hold any details behind and he ensured I was happy with my purchase.

Buying a car for us has always been a stressful event, going to dealer to dealer and feeling pressure from salespeople was not a pleasant experience. We must say we never experienced this when we purchased our latest car at Auto Planet in Brampton. From the moment we walked through the door until the time we took delivery of our vehicle it was a pleasant experience. Our salesperson Tripta Kaur proved to be a very welcoming person combined with knowledge and professionalism. Tripta was able to answer most of our questions, if there were any that she didn't know she would secure an answer for us in minutes. Tripta is certainly a great asset to Auto Planet. Shouts must also go out to Finance Manager Shan Javed and the Delivery Manager, sorry his name has slipped my mind, Sincerely Michael and Susan McMillan.
