Today, I would like to talk about my experience at AutoPlanet Brampton. I went their to inquire about the used car for my wife. I met Vaibhav Sehgal. He is a cool Satch. he is knowledgeable about the vehicles he is selling, able to answer all my questions about features, specs, and performance. He was courteous, friendly, and professional in interactions with me. he has lots of patience and listen to all my needs and preferences, and help me to make a right choice. The particular quality I like in him is, he was transparent and honest about the pricing and financing options, and he did not force or pressure me to signing a contract that I am not comfortable with like other dealership's sales person. Overall, Vaibhav provided excellent customer service, and he focused on building a long-term customer relationship based on trust, transparency, and mutual respect.

Ankur was amazing and I was lucky to have him as my sale person. He was super helpful in explaining the process as well as providing me with all the necessary information about the vehicle I selected. I totally recommend AutoPlanet guys and ask for Ankur!!!

Our 14.5 year car finally bit the dust and we needed a new reliable car fast. We needed a new car very badly so my husband could still drive down to hospital for visits. Problem is, as stated, I am in hospital for an undetermined amout of time so I was not there to help with signing the papers. The company was very understanding and worked with my husband to find a solution. Sandeep drove all the way to Toronro General Hospital and met me in the food court so I could sign. So much compassion. My step dad and mother bought cars from Auto planet and recommended it to us. So glad we listened. I highly recommend Auto Planet and Sandeep is the nicest most compassionate sales guy ever! Thank you Auto Planet!

I went to Autoplanet for the purchase of my vehicle. I worked with Tushar Arora and Lavan Chitkara and had a great experience. Tushar was very knowledgeable and professional and made the whole experience very pleasant. *BUYERS BEWARE. PLEASE READ* I' ve purchased at least 5+ vehicles throughout my life, new and used. Auto planet IS BY FAR THE WORST PLACE I'VE EVER DEALT WITH. Purchased A GMC yukon July 6 2022 1. From July 6 (when Deposit was left) to July 23rd, a number of repairs were to be completed as per the service agreement: -Engine light on - Parking assist not working -Bumper alignment -Chip on windshield Only the chip was repaired. I barely made it off the parking lot, and THE ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON IMMEDIATELY! All they do is use a device to remove the engine light 2. The vehicle was sent back for repair from August 5th to August 12th. Only bumper alignment was completed, which was pointless because the parking assist was not fixed. ENGINE LIGHT CAME BACK ON THE SAME DAY THE VEHICLE WAS PICKED UP. 3. August 23rd to September 1st vehicle sent for repair again. The engine light issue is finally fixed, but the parking assist is still not working 4. They eventually stop replying to emails and stop taking your calls. 4 managers were made aware of the issues, none of which ensured all repairs were completed. Autoplanet had this vehicle for over a month altogether and could not complete all of the repairs. This place is a nightmare and a disaster.
