Great service, friendly employees, VERY open and forthcoming with information. They really want you to get the car you want, and are willing to explain everything to you at your level (even if you're not a big car person). My brother (who is a car person) came with me and he was also very impressed with their services and client service. I love my new (to me) Jetta!

Tim Gobuyan was excellent as our sales advisor. Clear and responsive communicator throughout the process. Product knowledge was also second to none. Make sure you “gobuyan” (go buying, see what I did there), your VW from Tim!

Spent an hour here on Christmas eve, having winter tires put on. Noticed there weren't many cars on the lot for sale, so staff were focusing on customer service. Watched an interaction where this guy was waiting for his car to be repaired. Seemed like a number of issues with his car. When they presented him with the bill, he was VERY WORRIED as the staff member listed the needed fixes. That "worry" turned to a smile, as Bytek seemed to have waived or comped prices. Was nice to see a dealership helping their customers out.
