While traveling through Ottawa we got a flat tire and were unable to continue until it was fixed. Jeremy and his staff got us back on the road as soon as possible. Thank you for helping us out during a stressful time!

I had my 2017 Tiguan taken here today for warranty service and was entirely impressed with the effective and efficient repair. Communications were excellent, both by phone and through email, and the technician kept me informed along the way. The vehicle was ready far sooner than I would have expected and the repair was done properly. Part of my service was not covered by warranty, but the team at Bytek cut me some slack, which I really appreciated. Overall, I can't thank Bytek enough for the help today and with previous visits.
