Great customer service. The staff at Bytek, most notably JD, delivered incredibly. We are very satisfied with the quality and efficiency of their services and most importantly, very happy with our new VW!

Their service department is dishonest and predatory. Buyer beware. After bringing in my vehicle in for a scheduled service appointment, one of their service advisors tried to charge me to “drain a portion of my vehicle’s engine oil” claiming that too much oil had been put in during my last oil change. This, after having my vehicle’s oil changed by a certified mechanic at an established facility just days earlier. He also tried to charge me for having to “clean” my engine bay and rid it of “oil that had apparently spilled all over the engine”. Before leaving my car with him, I specifically asked him not to do any work to my car beyond what was ageeed upon. After expressing my outrage, I headed straight to the dealership. When I arrived, the same service advisor notified me that he had decided to so graciously waive the charges. It goes without saying that my engine bay was never “cleaned.” To call him dishonest is putting it mildly.

Hi Alex, we are sorry to hear about your service experience. We tried to retrieve your file to get more details but cannot find it- can you perhaps call in so we can investigate further? I also did ask a technician about what is involved in correcting an oil level that is too high, and we do have to remove a drain cover, and adjust the level, which takes some time, which would result in a charge to the client. I hope that this makes sense to you and you would consider Bytek for future service visits.
