My wife and I recently purchased a new Atlas, our third VW and the second time from Bytek VW. We always service our vehicles there and we always receive first class customer service. Marc Zinck is an exceptional sales representative. We are extremely pleased & satisfied with the way he handled everything. Lesley Drysdale is also a great manager. We talked to her about our priorities & she came up with the best deal for us. Not only a good deal but also provide genuine customer service and we would like to recommend to other people looking for a good car deal and excellent customer service. Keep up the good work Mark & Lesley. We are absolutely loving the Atlas!!!!

We loved our experience at Bytek. Andrew was professional, patient and thoroughly went through all of our options with us without being 'salesy' making it feel like we made a sound decision. We LOVE our new Tiguan and would recommend going here! Thanks again!

My experience started off on the wrong foot, and quickly escalated to what I thought could be catastrophic, due to lack of communication with me and internal confusion with the service department. Fortunately, the manager of the service and body-shop stepped-in got a handle of the situation and very quickly communicated the status of my vehicle as well as what had happened and why. After that, he ensured the appropriate recompense would be in place to off-set unexpected costs caused by the confusion. Big thanks to Greg for reaching out to me immediately after my call and making things right. Honesty and transparency goes a long way, and you demonstrated the type of professional service and responsibility that I believe any customer would appreciate. You made the difference for me today.
