Loved the loaner but wished it was an upgrade from my current suv Otherwise they did a great job with the oil change. The free exterior wash and interior cleaning was a nice surprise.

I have been a Tony Graham customer for well over 10 years now. This was the first time at lexus. Tan Vo was amazing. He was super friendly and very knowledgeable. If anyone is thinking of buying a Lexus ( or any other Toyota vehicle) Ottawa area , Yan Ma at Tony Graham Lexus is your sales person. She took great care of us with our Lexus RX 350H, it was seamless , she explained everything in detail and always kept us to date with delivery times and made the pick up seamless and a great experience. While we were waiting for our Lexus to arrive in late March , we had our Dodge truck stolen in January and Yan went way beyond and sourced a new 2023 Toyota Tacoma also to be delivered in Late March. She did this while we were finishing our vacation and when we returned all was in order to secure the replacement. Her professionalism is outstanding, she answered all our questions, responded timely, went out of her way to make sure we got what we were looking for and satisfied with our purchases. She made us feel so comfortable looking for new vehicles she went over and beyond any expectations and we are so very grateful to have her look after our vehicle purchases.
