From the first day I walked into Tony Graham Lexus I was greeted by a group of smiles! I was introduced to Yan who was unbelievable with her knowledge and kindness! We did a lot of car shopping and Tony Graham was hands down the best! Very happy with our experience!

Pleasant Test Drive Experience

The Test Drive booking process was very smooth. Yan Ma (Sales Rep) was very responsible by email and very accommodating with my schedule. I arrived 5 minute early and Yan was standing and waiting for me. What a nice welcome. She introduced me with features of CT200h, checked the inventory in advance, and offered a test drive. She pulled the car to the front door so that I would not get wet (it was raining that evening). After the test drive, she patiently explained to me different lease options and scenarios. I did not feel the pressure at all during the entire process.

It was a great experience to get to work with someone who is as friendly, professional and knowledgeable as Ms. Yan Ma. Yan had an incredible understanding of the details of the car I was looking at, and the entire process was a very easy car buying experience. We were at the dealership less than thirty seconds and was greeted by David. He is such a warm character that his honsty was never in doubt. He was patient and informative to guide us to our final choice-a 2014 RX350 F sport. We got a trade in value for our old car that we can not refuse. He gave us time to make our decision. Over dinner at home, we felt for our temptation and close the deal the same night. Bravo to david

We had been in the market to purchase a luxury SUV for a few months and visited numerous dealerships in the Ottawa region. Although other dealerships showed some level of interest, none came close to what we experienced at Tony Graham Lexus. From the beginning, we were greeted with respect and courtesy but foremost with people with smiles on their faces. Ms. Yan Ma was no exception to the rule. Extremely knowledgeable of the Lexus product line, she guided us in narrowing our choice to the right vehicle based on our needs and expectations. At time of delivery, she provided us with a very detailed description of our new vehicle's equipment and expertly answered all our questions. This was a truly enjoyable experience.
