We just purchased a 2022 Chev Silverado through Aron at Leggat in Etobicoke. From my initial contact through email, I felt at ease and comfortable dealing with Aron. We lived approx 1-1/2 hrs from the dealership so Aron sent me an introduction video and a walk around video, inside and out, so I could gain a better perspective of the truck. A few days later I was able to go and see it and I was not disappointed. It was exactly as described. During the test drive Aron took his time to walk me through the features and answer all my questions. He was not pushy in any way and allowed me to make the decision on my own. I left that day still undecided. Several texts later and many questions answered, we were back the following week to make our purchase. The truck had been completely detailed inside and out, including the engine compartment. It was waiting in a heated garage which allowed me to go over the truck a second time in a more comfortable way. Aron helped me sync my phone to the truck and showed me a few more features. All in all our experience was seamless and we never felt pressured to buy. I would definitely buy through Aron again. Cheers Aron

I had a great time buying my car through Leggat Chevrolet. I came across a 2020 Corolla hatchback on CarGurus and sent the dealership a message. I was quickly messaged back from Aron. I explained to him that I was from out of town and without asking, he sent me a 3 part video over email of himself, the interior, and the exterior of the car. I felt at ease seeing Aron’s face and voice. Talking to dealerships can be intimidating, but Aron seemed calm, curious, and not pushy. As a first time car buyer, the videos gave me a chance to talk over the car with my family and make a better decision. Aron allowed me to put a hold on his he car until I was able to make it to the GTA. When I arrived to see the car, Aron had the car in their warm basement parking garage, cleaned off, and ready for viewing. The car had been professionally detailed and still smelt new! Aron accompanied my family and I on a test drive. He had many good jokes and helped direct this anxious driver around a new city. Aron’s manager, Vik was heavily involved in the deal. I enjoyed working with the both of them as I felt they were straightforward, honest, humorous, and relaxed. They seemed to get along well together. Picking up the car was a breeze. We saw Vik once more, his composure was once again warm and inviting. Aron showed up in the snazziest suit and even met my dog that came along for the car ride. My anxious dog liked him, so you know he’s a good guy! Aron presented me with the sold sign and a fat bow. I loved it! He matched my excitement and made it a special moment for me. Thank you as well Aron for recommending Shelby’s Shawarma! It helped refuel us for a 3 hour drive back home. Would 100% make the trip again to buy again from Leggat Chev!

My brakes were failing and I had to tow the vehicle. It was almost closing time and the reception kindly referred me to the service area. Despite being officially closed Julian L. patiently explained everything to me thoroughly. He was very compassionate of my urgent family situation and he went above and beyond to help and accommodate. The car was ready the following day. Shout-out and thank you to all of the Leggat team. A special, heartfelt expression of gratitude to Julian L. whose kindness will be remembered.

One of the worst Service departments, I wish I could give -ve review. My car broke down near the area and I had extended warranty on it. Service guy refused right way even to diagnose my car, responding they don’t wanna deal with it. When it comes to selling new car they’re always helping cuz they’re gonna get good margin but after sales service 👎👎Extremely frustrating, I don’t know how these morons can claim themselves to be certified dealers.

If its service you want don't stop in at Leggar Chevrolet. Called for days left two messages with no response. No one answers the phone in service on a Saturday, maybe it a place to hangout and have a coffee.
