We purchased a vehicle from Brantford Honda from quite a ways out of town. A few years later, we had an issue that required Dealership Service support to get it covered by Honda Plus. Our local dealership was absolutely no help; however, Steve and his team stepped up and got the warranty service approved and completed. It speaks a lot when a Dealership stands beind their clients.
