Mobials makes it quick and easy for my customers to give myself and the store a review. Online presence and reviews are more important than ever these days and it's a wonderful thing when customers walk in the door and say things along the lines of, "Read your reviews online and everything looked great so we wanted to come in ourselves". By being able to build trust with the customer before they ever even walk in the door it allows us to get down to simply helping solve customer problems and that's a wonderful thing for everyone involved. Mobials has been a great addition to our sales process and comes highly recommended.

I have met and dealt with many similar people that talk a good game but have very little if any follow through. Doug is definetely not this type of person. Has been available to answr all questions and shows a real desiore to help.
