I've purchased 4 cars from John Brushett Jr and it's been an easy and smooth process each and every time. I've been sold extended warranty by Andrea Brushett each time and Kevin Brushett operates the most organized service department I have ever experienced. John Sr is the leader and his kids handle the day to day and I love seeing this. Moncton Honda is a true family business. They are very involved in this community and deserve the local support. Will definitely be back for my next purchase!

Service folks are very nice, but costs are very high. And the recommended maintenance is unnecessary for a new vehicle.

Lack of communication, incorrect information

Invoice contained information that was incorrect. Such as the mileage it was off by over 700 kms. There were options marked as declined when I was never asked about them. Tire measurements were not recorded. Conflicting information regarding the need of a brake job.

Car was washed and ready to pick up on time

I had my winter tires installed and balanced. Summer tires stored with dealer. Alignment checked and found to be ok. Car washed.

Booked in for tire and filter change, oil alert popped on dash the day before and all service were accommodated during my appointment time. In and out of the dealership on time and when promised. Even learned that should nothing change in a month, my vehicle inspection should be a breeze to pass.
