I brought my car in for an oil change. Advisor asked if I wanted my cat washed and I said yes.. My car was ready earlier then I thought so I asked the advisor it they washed it and he said yes. I go to my vehicle an directly was NOT washed. Poor communications all around

Bruce was open minded, patient, listened and easy to deal with. I sent several emails and called him on a few occasions and he was always prompt on his response and answered all my questions.
