Dash symbols

After having the recall done on the airbag, the airbag symbol appeared on my dash. I never worried about it since I thought it meant it was working as it wasn't there prior. After bringing in my car for an inspection and spending around 1200.00 , I got in the car only to see the engine light in the dash on. As well. I picked up my car on a sat after 12.00 pm the service guys were done for the day. I explained to the girl and she made me an appt for Monday am which was an inconvenience but it was not her fault as i didn't get my car early enough on sat. However, after waiting Monday , I finally found out it was going to cost me quite a bit more just to fix the problem with the symbols on my dash. Not too happy as they were never there before each car appt. The guy told my husband it was an easy fix but he couldn't tell him what needed to be done. I guess my husband was to google the info. However, it has yet to be fixed and I'm concerned as it indicates no one is actually needing the airbag because it had something to do with the seatbelt lock. And no passenger is in the car, Needless to say I feel it should have been the responsibility of Honda , Not sure if what I said makes any sense. It's just frustrating that these two lights are on my dash and were not there prior to each appt.

Can't beat his smile and great personality when you meet Normand Ward..

Normand is my go-to sales rep when I go to Moncton Honda. Normand is personable and knowledgeable and makes you feel comfortable. Normand knows what I want and need for a vehicle. This is my third lease and I am very pleased with it. Normand was also very helpful in explaining the details of my purchase and the costs. I met with Marco Russell, Business Manager, to go through the lease agreement and sign all the paperwork. I had to wait a few hours before receiving my vehicle because I had a remote starter installed and a transfer of my trickle charger from the old lease to the new. I was provided with a vehicle to be able to go home. When I picked up the new vehicle Normand showed me the new features and he also went even further by programming the radio stations that I like to listen to and also set up my cell phone. Great experience as always with Normand.
