Brought car in to have piece repaired on door, wasn't told had to be ordered before I left, very frustrating to have to call after appointment to ask about it

Brought car in in July for oil change and recall work Arrived home, no window sticker re oil change and piece off back door laying on back seat Was not offered a car wash Returned last week to have piece on back door repaired, assuming it was done I left with car Got home, piece not on door and had to call dealership to ask why it wasn't done Told piece had to be ordered, should have been told that before I left with car Not happy that I've had three trips to dealership and work not satisfactory Request has card for inconvenience Returned

the minute we walked into the honda dealership we were treated like royalty. Vince answered all our questions about the vehicle we were interested in buying. Vince went above and beyond his job to Make sure we walked out with the vehicle we wanted!!!
