When I went in for my oil change I was greeted with friendly customer service. I had a few questions and the person who served me made sure to answer all of them. And to top it all off the oil change itself went by so fast that I was out of there in no time.

Rhéal always tries to give the best service to the client. He has done it for me. When a problem arise, he will give me a few options with the pro and cons. He will explain why the part is required and what damage it will cause if it is not replaced within the next few days/months. When I make a decision, I am comfortable and I do not feel pressure.
