He was extremely patient & took the time to really explain the charges. I feel like I have built a sens of trust with him over the years. If I would have known it was him calling me to explain the extra charges, I would have reacted differently and would have been more understanding for that reason. I feel bad for being so defensive, he is just the middle man. Like I said, you build a sens of trust with the faces you see more often, knowing it wasn't somebody from the garage calling me, I would trusted his opinion. Anyways thank you for your great service!

Norman was very helpful, I had a basic idea what I wanted and he helped with the details to confirm what was the best way of achieving that goal. This was the 3rd car purchase from Norman and I expect there will be more in the coming years.

Jason made buying my Honda Fit a pleasant, worry-free experience.

It started with a test-drive before which Jason introduced me to the car and its features. Once, I decided to go ahead with the purchase, details were ironed out quickly. Jason explained the options available, did not push too much for one or the other option and made sure I understood the terms, Met with finance, sealed the deal, toured the service department so I'll be at ease when I bring in my car for the first time, received a thorough tour of the car and off I went!
