Paul lead us through the process, was very knowledgeable about the product line, and kept us up to date on the status of our HRV order from the assembly line to the delivery.

I needed quite a few things done. One thing I asked for was to have a panel on the underside of the car replaced. Rather than just go ahead and replace it just because I asked, Rheal told me how expensive it would be. He said they would do what they could to fix the panel so the broken pieces wouldn't hang down. I appreciate the consideration in an industry that, in my experience, exploits the ignorance and needs of the customer to maximize profit. Thank you.
