Rob Burgoyne made the purchase of my 2013 Pilot a pleasant experience. I asked for a couple of mechanical checks and they quickly complied without issue. I have no complaints about the vehicle or the dealership.

I was taken to see Mark by a friend who had purchased a few vehicles from him. I have never owned a Honda prior to this, but was definitely considering a Civic mainly because of downsizing from my Buick and the good consumer reports. However, I quickly realized the Civic was not for me (still too big and too low). The CRV was too big & the FIT too small so once I tried the HRV, this appeared to be the one I was happy with. A couple days later went back & purchased the HRV. Mark was very knowledgeable & could answer any questions/concerns I had & explained everything well. Things went very smoothly & picked up my vehicle today.

We were on the fence of getting a van for over a year. We previously owned a pick up truck but it was not big enough for our family of 3 plus 3 dogs. Our family weekend trips only allowed us to bring one of the pups along. We had an image of what it would be like to own a van... "The loser cruiser" lol. While taking my fathers car in for service at Moncton Honda I had my husband test drive the 2016 Odessey. He was dead against ever owning a van. He called me up with rave reviews of how well it handled and roomy it was on the inside. The amazing seat configurations would also allow us to do so much more with family, friends, yard work etc. The financing was a breeze and Marco made it feel effortless for us. Many times in the past car buying was a stressful ordeal. Tonight we showed up, finalized the paperwork and we're off the lot with our new swagger wagon in less then what it would take to have an oil change done. The staff at Moncton Honda went above and beyond our expectations and we will be returning when we are ready to trade in our second car.
