On time, as expected, no surprises except a petty $7 charge for "shop supplies" on a tire changeover. Why do you do that?

Changeover from winter to all season tires. Two appointments scheduled for two cars back to back. Completed exactly as planned, service desk was quick. Again, the shop supplies charge seems petty and a money grabber. I'm also finding that this dealership is playing more games like "must have your used car at a great price" internal email hoax. I wish it were more like the old Honda I knew, straight shooters and honest. I don't see that kind of gimmiky salesmanship with Toyota yet.
