I have purchased Hondas since 1991 - 1 Civic, 3 Accords and 1 CRV. I have always enjoyed great and efficient service on my vehicles and I am a big Honda fan because of their reliability. This dealer has always been very fair with me when I purchase a vehicle from them ( my salesman is Paul Steeves ) and the service department including the Service Manager have always been efficient and fair with me. My most recent purchase was a 2015 CRV EX-L and some of these 2015 vehicles have had a " vibration " problem. However, Honda has apparently recently found a solution which includes computer updates and a few part and as of yesterday, my vehicle issue ( vibration ) has been fixed. The car is now working perfectly as a result of this recall and I am completely satisfied with how this problem was managed by the local dealer, i.e.: ordered the required parts, kept me in the loop about back orders, and fixed the problem as soon as Honda Canada provided them with the necessary parts to fix the problem.

I have recently finalized the process of a third vehicle purchase, which whom I had Rob as my salesperson. Rob has been nothing short of impressive in terms of service. His dedication to keeping the buyer well informed throughout the entire purchase process makes for an enjoyable experience.

this was my first service visit since purchasing my 2016 civic and I have to say, I am impressed! Service was fast and friendly and the fact Chris remembered me from when I dropped off the car and called me out out by my first name speaks volumes!!

The outstanding aspect of the service provided revolving my vehicle purchase was the incredible wealth of knowledge Rob had regarding the vehicle. Rob believes in the product he is selling and it truly translates into his informative approach.

The people at Moncton Honda that I dealt with, Rheal and Patrick, were great providing me with all that I needed, and then some,to make my experience EASY!
