Great Customer relation

Mahmut was a great help to get my first car in Canada. He was honest and nice to speak to. Got my deal to purchaser a Pathfinder go through very smoothly. He was very supportive and helped to get me a good deal.

Tires and oil

I brought in rims with all seasons on them and a set of snows to install on them. Sounds simple, the folks at Woodchester Nissan put the snows on the wrong rims. Even after I spent extra time with Jennifer the service rep explaining that the snows are not going on the rims on the car and she wrote a note on the work order. Obviously the tech only read “snow tires” and assumed the rest. I pick up the car late in the day so they can’t fix it but promise to have it done first thing. The rep said they would call me at 7 am to confirm that I even wanted the tires on the rims they had, but I had to call them at 745 and I said to go agead and install ties on the rims. Got to Woodchester at 830 and the tires hadn’t moved. Jennifer said she thought I was bringing the car to change over the other rims. Jennifer only listens to the first few words you say because I told her to go ahead. Unbelievable. Still waiting at 10 am.

Trust

I have bought or leased 7 vehicles from this dealership, and gotten to know the sales people. Recently I leased another vehicle - a Sentra to replace an SUVI had driven for 7 years. I feel that the people there took advantage of my friendship over the years, and downplayed the value of my trade-in telling me its market value assuring me its value. I trusted the salesman and took the deal. In retrospect I should have been more cautious. When visiting the dealership for a problem with the Sentra after a few weeks I saw my "old" vehicle on the lot with a sticker price $6,000 highre than what they gave me. I know they bargain with a client to sell, but $6,000 higher?? The salesman offered excuses like tire and a ball joint (both not needed) etc but there is the matter of TRUST. Be cautious in dealing with this dealership!!

service on my Sentra

I am very disappointed with the service I received. I needed my snow tires off and booked an appointment. I was told it would take an hour and a half . The girl asked if I wanted to have the oil done at the same time and that it wouldn't take anymore time. I agreed to it. When I took the car in, I was told 2 to 2 and a half hours. Turned out to be three and a half hours and although the complimentary car wash was on my receipt, I did not receive it. I phoned the service department back twice and did not get a response. This may not seem like a big deal but the last time I took my car in for the tires, they completely forgot about me. They did not charge me for that but I wasted a whole day waiting.

Terrible after sales service

bought QX60 from Woodchester Infinity, a year later my wiper motor burned, when I took it to their service dept I met with the rudest service rep ever who kept insisting I ran the wiper whenit was covered with snow and burned the motor and he wont honor the warranty. would never recommend this dealership to anyone, will never give my money to them anymore and use another dealership for service.

Very bad service

So bad service. Even the people working at the service department treat people so bad. Went almost 2 month ago to donwheel alignment as per their recommendation and then after i drive the car after few days u can hear the sound of tires when you are rotating and also the car pulls to the left i told my wife to call them after but they were saying its road conditions and that the report shows that it was done properly Even when i went for a test drive with the mechanic he was so rude and told me that he has no time to test drive the car and that he is not paid when he sits in the car and test drive it!! I dont recommend at all going there if you need your service that you are paying for it to be done properly in the first time and if you are looking to be treated properly

terrible customer service

I contacted service dept. for appt. for a recall on my M35X but i had a question before going in, got voice mail, no one called back, I used to get my service done at this place before but i stopped going there because they would never return my calls, terrible, I used to manage in retail and if my staff didn't look after my customers, they would be let go immediately

Bad customer service - warranty coverage is a fraud and scam

I own a 2015 Micra with 34,000 kms on it. My car started to make noise so I took it in for a check. Two parts associated with the suspension system on the vehicle needed to be replaced WHICH WERE "COVERED" WITHIN MY WARRANTY TERMS. The guys at the service shop said that they are sure I "hit" my vehicle somewhere and therefore they would not cover these parts. I absolutely did not hit anything and at that point I realized these guys were just greedy and did not want to replace the parts as they should have as governed in my warranty agreement. Another issue with my engine. There is an apparent leak which I noticed. I paid out of pocket and took it to get checked out by my personal mechanic and he advised me to have this gasket replaced as it will give me problems in the near future. I took it to Nissan and again they made up their minds that this gasket was not leaking but was rather "sweating" and by their standards and definitions, sweating is not leaking. Again, they jipped me out of my warranty coverage. This was the final straw and so I am writing this review and I am considering pursuing the matter legally. I ask you, the public, that if the Nissan service department can just make up stories at lib for things they wish to not cover then what is the purpose of the warranty? Oh, a cash grab. That's it. DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION. The service department will cheat you out of your hard earned money!!

Amazing

From the second we walked in the door we were given nothing but what we felt was the best customer service (and we had been to almost all dealerships along the strip). Edwin and Sean didn't want to sell us a car they wanted to give us an opportunity to help our future. We cannot thank them enough for how great we felt leaving the store with the new car keys in our hands! Thank you!!

Danny Starret was amazing!

Danny was great once again. Few years ago he helped us get into a Nissan Rogue and most recently a Nissan Titan Platinum. He really worked hard to make sure that we get the vehicle that we wanted. Will be referring him and Woodchester Nissan to friends and family. Thank you Danny.
