Excellent and Quick Customer Service

We checked prices at three dealerships for Nissan Rogue. Rana gave us the best deal that was less than the cost of a 2014 model at one of the dealership. He is a gem of a man who understands customer needs and answered to all our questions. We bought the 2016 Nissan Rogue immediately without any hesitation. Danny also helped us get good deals for the extended warranty and prepaid services. I recommend all to meet Rana and Danny when you need to purchase any Nissan Vehicle.

we had a very pleasant car shopping/buying experience with James lee. His service is very professional. He was very thorough in addressing our questions and concerns, and we did not feel any pressure from him throughout the process, which was appreciated. We purchased a Nissan Versa Note yesterday from Nissan Woodchester and I could go on and on about the positive, fun, professional experience we had! There are 2 reasons we will be lifetime customers, and their names are Rana Ahsan and Fatima (salesperson). There follow- up was so impressive and Rana finds a way to get it done! Totally friendly, not pushy. There are no words! THE BEST!!! Years of experience in this industry, hysterical, really kind, and wants to make a deal! Truth be told. We will be sending all of our family and friends to this dynamic duo! Make sure you go and ask for Rana and Fatima when you go in. Our experience at the dealership was very good and easy, I've not been so relax before doing this kind of transaction. They will hook you up and you will leave of buying a car with a smile on your face! I'm really happy with our choice.

Great Buying Experience

We had a great buying experience at Woodchester Nissan dealership yesterday. Rana is an amazing Sales person with a professional and caring attitude towards the customers.He understood most of our requirements over phone and was prepared with multiple pricing quotes before we reached the dealership. The pricing was reasonable and better than what we got from 401 Dixie dealership. This helped us to take a quick decision and even helped us to go with a better model as the upgrade options were very reasonable. The entire process was so smooth and we are very pleased with our overall experience. I would definitely recommend this dealership and Rana for anyone who doesn't want to go through too much negotiation and stress to buy a new car.

My family and I change cars every 4 years and I have never had great experience in dealing with salesman like the one I had with Mr. Rana.
