I am from out of town and needed a Hyundai dealer and Myers Kanata met and exceeded all of my expectations. I would recommend this dealership to everyone. I even met the general manager Marc and he was very helpful. They had me back on the road within a couple of hours and even took me to the mall and picked me up while I was waiting.

Our sales experience was fabulous with Roy, but the service department is severely lacking both in how they speak with customers, as well as major delays in making an appointment AND waiting during the appointment time.

We are from out of town and yesterday the oil light came on in our 2012 Santa Fe. The light went off again but not wanting to drive home 140 km and have something go wrong I needed to get it checked out. i was able to set up an appointment for this morning. It was doe in short order ad complimentary car wash to boot. Special thanks to Josh Raganold in sales for help and concern and also Laura in the service dept for professional and courteous service.

Purchased a vehicle with an extended warranty and now that things are going bad on my car apparently the things that I was told would covered by the extended warranty by the sales staff are not. The service staff are awesome upfront and professional. However the warranty issue has left me with a bad taste. I will in the future still bring my car here for servicing but would never purchase another vehicle from here.

2013 Tucson - Horrendous...poor product quality...worse service. Air tube and filter filled with snow in a storm on the 401 to the point where the car stalled out. Trim from panoramic roof flew off on the 417. Rear strut mount bolt broke. For the last item the dealer couldn’t remove the bolt, sent it to “the body shop” could not give me an estimate of when it would be fixed. The salesman and Service Manager lied about providing a loaner. When it was fixed we went to pick it up and all of the rear interior trim was sitting in the back and had not been re-installed. The response from the service manager was “that’s not us that’s the body shop”. My complaint to the VP of Myers Group and the Service Manager has gone unanswered. Now I get a safety recall for the driver’s airbag control…it’s not going back to Myers!
