They contacted me on kijiji to buy my car i was listing it for $5500 i came in about 30 min drive and they offered a $1000. Dealers are selling same model and year for 8000 and up.

My mom was told she'd have to wait 2 months for her engine to be replaced(only had the car a couple years)and wouldn't offer any sort of rental in the meantime. Not very accommodating and terrible customer service...won't be doing any business with them in the future

Scam+Terrible service. They told us on the phone that changing tires is $60 and I was told it might take an hour, but they literally charged us $110+ and ended up making me wait for almost 3 hours for the tire change. The dealership tries All The Ways to rip you off. The lady named Jackie is impatient and rude , she doesn’t seem like this job. Very impatient to answer any questions and even hang up the phone when others still talking. If you haven’t made up you mind which dealership to choose, trust me, DO NOT come here. You’ll regret if you choose this one.

Worst service imaginable, avoid at all costs. Last year it took Myers Kanata Hyundai over a day to change my tires. This year, I made the mistake of going to them again since I stored my tires with them. I was quoted around 60$ to change my tires that already had rims on, which was very clearly discussed on the phone when arranging the appointment. The day of, they started the service with installing tires on rims for some reason - I was able to call to correct that service before they abruptly hung up on me. It came up to 110$ two and a half hours later - basically around the same price as having my tires installed on rims. Jackie at the service desk was extremely rude and chalked it up to environmental fees, was disinterested in explaining the breakdown, and said I could talk to someone else on Monday - which I highly doubt will happen. I asked why my messages were never returned in previous calls and she suggested that I don’t leave message next time, really classy Jackie.

I made numerous trips to this dealership before deciding to purchase my 2022 Kona. I was fortunate to work with Sales Rep Riya throughout this process. She was patient, informative and knowledgeable as we discussed various alternatives. Unlike many of my past car buying experiences, there was little pressure applied for me to rush my decision. In the end, I am extremely pleased with my purchase which arrived at the promised time. On the pickup date, the financial arrangements (which had been arranged a month before) were efficiently finalized. Riya patiently and thoroughly explained the features of my new car and set up my Bluelink feature. The entire process, which could have been stressful, was a very pleasant experience. Special thanks to Riya for a job well done!

My husband brought our car in for an 11am appointment. He sent me a message at 4:20pm that the car hasn't even been taken in to be looked at, then was told the car wouldn't be ready until 7pm. What is the purpose of having an appointment if you have to be stranded at a car dealership for hours ? That is complete garbage service, an absolute disgrace.
