I have had it with this dealer! Not happy at all with Nissan Orleans. I have been waiting over a year for a warranty repair, the dealer keeps giving me the run around blaming the parts manufacturer, mislabelled boxes with the incorrect part and going back and forth with them to find the correct one for my vehicle yet they just leave it dragging on for months on end without actually following up with the warehouse. Marc the service manager avoids my calls and does not call me back when I leave messages, I only get the same answer I have been getting for over a year: they are not sending us the correct seat, we have 5 seats here for nothing, we are waiting on pictures to verify that it is the correct one, we are waiting to receive one next week and will call you the day of etc etc. No calls ever come and when I call I am only being told no it didn't come in and Nissan removed the ETA. No one from the dealership is actually following up on this issue and getting it resolved. I am too frustrated with everyone involved at this time and seriously considering trading in this vehicle and RUNNING away from NISSAN!!! Over a year waiting on a part and still not resolved, still no follow up and still no direct communication with the parts warehouse to confirm the proper seat!!

The staff at this location are very welcoming. They always have a smile on their face and are ready to help you. The secretary was very nice and helped us find great staff who were willing to find the perfect car. Scott did a great job when it came to helping us explore different vehicles. Nataly went over and beyond to make the buy easy for us. She was very respectful and provided excellent service. Mike the finance guy was very friendly and helped make the entire process go smoothly. This dealership has an amazing team. We definitely recommend all possible buyers to come to this location!

Great service

Nataly was very helpful and provided great service. She never forced us to buy anything, she made us feel comfortable and allowed us to seek all possible options. When it came to finalizing the buy, Nataly did all the work for us effectively. She never gave us a run around, we simply had to sit down and wait for the keys to be handed to us. All in all, she provided great service and we would definitely recommend her with no hesitation!

Bought a car a couple of months a ago and it was the best decision ever! The car is in great condition. Justin was really helpful and very understanding of the situation. He showed us different cars options and helped us weight the pros and cons of each options. Got us a very good deal with the car. He has been amazing every step of the way. I would highly recommend their services to anyone.

I wanted to take a moment to comment on the professional and courteous service staff at Myers Orleans Nissan. Despite the reality we are all living through at the moment they do not appear to have skipped a beat. The steps are evident that safety is important and health safety for the vehicle owner is included. The staff member I dealt with was genuinely curious of what was required and offered a solution that ultimately saved me a few dollars. This is the experience I have had on visits to the dealership for service and like many, what happens on the back end of the deal lasts far longer and dives deeper than the up front sales experience. Case in point is this crew.

I have bought several vehicles and had my vehicles serviced there since I have bought them. Everyone goes over and above. You can buy the same Nissan vehicle anywhere, but you will never be treated as good as you are at Myers Orleans Nissan.

My wife and I recently visited the Myers Orleans Nissan dealership for service on our Altima. From the moment we arrived we noticed the facility was very clean and staff were eager to help us. Our service advisor was very organized and knowledgeable, and even recommended additional maintenance based on the current mileage of our vehicle. Inside the store we were greeted by more friendly staff and very comfortable surroundings - it was quite easy to spend some time there while waiting for our vehicle to be ready. The service advisor also checked on us during our wait to ensure we were OK. I am very happy with the overall experience at Myers Orleans Nissan.
