Your dumb dog voice ad campaign literally makes me turn the channel. Have some respect and courtesy for other advertisers (and their ad budgets) by pulling this campaign now. Who do these ads speak to anyway? Obsessive dog owners? Ok... But as someone outside that demographic, these ads push me further away from your door. Just my opinion...

A breath of Fresh Air Always friendly and approachable (even at 6:30 AM), Serge has been helpful to me and my wife for the past several years. Very patient, he speaks the customer's language and has always been able to come up with a workable solution for all of our servicing requirements and needs. Serge has always taken the time necessary to help us understand the intricacies and complexities of the maintenance/repairs needed. Looking forward to another several years of dealing with Serge, although I would prefer that my 2014 GM Malibu's performance would result in less frequent visits to the dealership. A friend of owners, that's for sure.

The customer service was exceptional. They explained all my options to me, answered all my questions, and did not pressure or rush me to make any decisions. Being a young female purchasing my first new car, I really appreciated that they did not take advantage of me. I truly feel that Dan and Bill in particular, cared to make sure that I found the best option and was really happy with my purchase. Thank you!
