Wonderful service experience. We had a car problem and went to this dealership late one day. The service team reacted very quickly to fix our problem and reassured us. They arranged transportation to get us home that evening and the next morning called to tell us the car was fixed. And best news of all, it was covered under a GM special warranty at no cost to us. All the service staff and the technician we dealt with were excellent. We have now moved all our business to this dealership.

I have had 1 of those years where everything goes wrong with my vehicle. Despite this frustration, the guys at Myers always brighten my day, get me in quickly and help me find the best solutions. Samuel was especially helpful during my last visit. He explained what was going on with the vehicle and fixed it in an hour. He even helped me explore other options like trading it in vs. what to budget for on maintenance every year. It is my first time being a used vehicle outright so Samuel's tips and help with every maintenance check up the past year have been incredible helpful and a great learning experience. We bought a car here about a month ago. The experience was poor compared to other car buying experiences we've had. The paperwork process moved quickly, and money was wired to the business. They said they could have the car ready in 3-4 days, but we gave them a week to align with when we could take possession of the vehicle. I was told arrangements would be made to have the car delivered about an hour away out of town. A week after signing paperwork the dealership employee had picked me up to take me to what I thought was a pre-arranged exchange spot 15 mins from my house, but then proceeded to drive me to Ottawa (an hour away from home) so that I could drive the vehicle back myself - something which I was not prepared to take 2 hours of my day for. Once we actually arrived at the dealership nothing was ready, including license plates and filling of the gas tank. I had to attend a gas station with an employee to fill up, which from my experience is not standard practice. I ended up waiting at the dealership for about 1.5 hours for an employee to return from Service Ontario with license plates, but as the wait became long and the employee had still not returned they sent me home with the vehicle with dealership plates on it. An employee visited my house the next week and delivered my plates and picked up the dealer plates. A couple days later we noticed a middle row headset was missing - something which should not have passed the safety inspection before the vehicle was released. I reached out to the employee/salesman about finding the headrest or sending a replacement and was told they were on it and have not heard anything since. This was a highly unusual buying experience, extremely inconvenient and unorganized. I would definitely not recommend buying a car here, especially if it's your first time buying a car as I imagine it would make future purchases feel disconcerting and daunting experience.
