Made a deal with Naymat and manager Amin for a '09 Chevy Malibu. Both were knowledgeable, understanding and a pleasure to deal with. They let us take the car to a trusted garage of our choice to get it checked out. Only 85000 miles, one owner, no exterior or undercarriage rust, quality winter wheels, pristine interior. No repairs needed for a safety check. No pending mechanical issues. Much better than dealing with all the "texters" on private sale sites. With a better price of $4400. Would definitely recommend checking out Myers Infinity for their newly traded-in stock. You might find a good one. We did. Lots of hot chicks around there too! Nice bonus.

These frauds promises you complimentary oil changes at the time, selling and when you finally get those oil changes done.. they hand you over the bill and tell you the dealer you deal with, doesn’t work anymore so you have to pay. These service station are just undercover thieves 🤬

My experience in the service department for a simple oil change, was outstanding! Best service I've ever had anywhere! And I don't even own an Infiniti lol They went above and beyond and looked into/fixed a few other little things I had questions about, waiting area is comfortable (great coffees), even washed my car after. Renee at the service desk was friendly and took the time with me, and Donald (in sales) walked by and I jumped into his conversation about something I was questioning too, and he took the time to track me down after and send me a video on how that worked. Thank you Myers Infiniti!

Replaced defective battery. Thank you! Friendly reminder - Be kind to staff - Yes, it’s a headache to get your car serviced for whatever reason, or even worst is to return to the shop after a repair was done since there are still outstanding issues, but they’re trying their best to help fix your car. I get it, it’s a lot of time and money, but no reason to be rude to staff; observing this while waiting for my car to be serviced.

Would not recommend this service department unless you want to spend your time keeping track of the work they have pending. I brought my car in almsot 3 years ago for a simple trim change, 3 years larer they're still working on it. Blamed covid and back orders on the delay. Then I brought my car here when my volume buttons and screens started to glitch. They've done 3 separate "diagnostic" to figure out what's going on. I am constantly in and out of town so coordinating with service is a big deal for me. They took a deposit for the "repair" but nothing has been fixed. Last time i dropped my car off i called 3 times prior to to confirm everything would be fixed. I dropped my car off and picked it up the next day, to see nothing was resolved. I got the call from Taylor he said he didnt know anything and the manager (Matt) would call to give me details on why nothing was fixed but i did not get any calls, once again i had to follow up. As compensation they offered valet which is hardly a compensation for the inconvenience. Around the same time my volume button broke my car engine broke (covered under warranty) and for that I brought it to this dealership. It was there for a month, which overlapped with my appointment I had already scheduled to fix my volume button and screen , reminded them multiple times that there were 3 issues with the car at that point (engine, steering wheel and trim). When I got the car back then only fixed the engine. Which is now causing new issues, I emailed him yesterday, still bo response...... Had i known they were this bad i would've taken my car elsewhere.
