After my wife was in a collision that left our car a write off we decided to purchase a van and decided on a Sienna hybrid. This was in march of 2022. At the time we were told it would arrive by August at the latest. So we made plans to make due without a vehicle until then. However, by July it was clear that we wouldn't have the van by august or maybe not even that year. So, we ended up buying a used van to get us through until the new one arrived. Fast forward to 2024 and we get the call that our van will arrive at the end of February. Almost 2 years after we decided to order. I guess I was naive thinking that we would somehow be accommodated for the inconvenience or even that our original purchase agreement would be honored. The price was higher than when we ordered, the interest rate was double what it was and the trade-in offer for our used van was 15k$ less than we paid. So Toyota failed to produce the van on time and we were supposed to pay for their failure I guess. Needless to say, we passed on the van. I'm disappointed in Toyota, Laking, and corporate greed. Taking advantage of a pandemic to line your pockets. With people lining up to pay full price for vehicles and wait for them to arrive, why would Toyota and others ever want the "supply chain shortage" to end?

Bought a new 2024 RAV4 back in October, added the option of having a hitch, they charged me for a hitch. I still have not received the hitch or news about when I might get it. After calling I was informed to check back in in a month, because they have no clue when they’ll get it.. The car is great but the service so far isn’t

Not only was Ed McBride a wonderful, honest and knowledgeable salesman but he also went above and beyond to make sure all my questions and concerns were met with grace, he took the time to really go into depth with everything as it was my first car and I wanted to be absolutely sure about it, I will mention that there were a few issues come pick up date, but Ed and the manager of this fine establishment went way above expectations to make everything right. If I could give more stars I definitely would, and I encourage everyone to buy a Toyota, not only are they good reliable cars but the sales team treats you with a lot of respect and kindness. thank you guys and I will definitely be seeing you again when I decide to upgrade. -Sincerely. Worst dealership ever I seen, they told me I’ll get my car on this particular date then I came all the way from Toronto to drive Sudbury then the my said your car is delayed even they did not inform me before I drive to Sudbury, do not recommend this place

Disgusting service with this dealership, every time I called them they were postpone the dates , when I visited first time they said it’s 6 months wait on the car after sometime when I text them they said 3 more months. At the time of 11 months the still said it’s 3 more months wait on it then they try to convince me to take another vehicle o still did not get that, I never come back to this location and they do not usually answer the calls as well as worse customer service

Please save your money, they are more that willing to take it when purchasing a car, but once that sale is done, the service dept. does not help in any way when you have issues. They had my car in 3 different times, 2 for the same issue and nothing was resolved but they did damage my vehicle the second time around. and I didn't even attempt to bring it in to get repaired again as the issue was still ongoing. And their extended warranty is a joke... don't buy it until the your manufacturer warranty is almost done. They do NOT pro rate your warranty if you do not use it, and it can only be transferred to one other person if the vehicle is sold. Also their key fob warranty cant be transferred and no prorated if not used or car is sold. Super deceiving on their end. here are some pics of what my car looked like when it was returned to me after the 3rd time it was in the shop.

I was charged $3200 for a repair that didn't fix my vehicle.... These guys are snakes. UPDATE: Today they refused to give me a refund for the aforementioned repair, claiming they were "just following Toyota's procedure". I wouldn't go near their service department with a 10 foot pole... held by someone else!!!
