What a pleasant experience! Carl Butler walked me through the entire sales process with his wealth of knowledge, I wasn’t sure if I should be buying new or used, financing or leasing but his confident approach on each and every question and concern I raised helped me to make the decision that is best for me at this time. I give Carl a full 10 out of 10 review. I’ve leased 5 vehicles from Carl over the years and highly recommend both him as well as O’Reagans Toyota.

Carl Butler "Rocks"

Carl handled the lease of my 2017 Toyota RAV4. He was great to deal with. He was patient with my questions and requests. I have been very pleased with my Rav. Any time I have had it back at the garage for servicing Carl stops by the waiting area to chat about my car to see if I have any questions and to make sure I'm pleased with the product. Carl has gone so far as to take care of booking appointments for me. He takes the time to listen to your needs and to match you to the Toyota product that best meets your needs. I have no problem in recommending Carl to anyone in search off a new car. I plan to deal with Carl again when my lease is up. He values his customers as much after the sale as he does before the sale.

I purchased a "new-to-me" Corolla yesterday, with Valerie Steeves as my salesperson. She couldn't have been more caring, helpful or accommodating. The whole experience was very positive. She made sure that I got the car that was best for me, at the best price and with every detail looked after. I would give her 100% on her efforts. Thank you, Valerie, from the bottom of my heart.

Tremendous Client Service from Valerie Steeves

I just purchased a vehicle through this office and need to share what a positive experience it was. I have always purchased used vehicles and for me; dealing with the car sales industry was like going to the dentist for others. Not a slight to the industry or the wonderful people; I just don't like purchasing cars :). I decided to try O'Regan's and ended up with a tremendous experience. Valerie Steeves was my sales person and made the process of purchasing a vehicle seamless, easy and quite frankly enjoyable. Valerie is most professional, has a great knowledge of the market and value points, and is totally client focused. In an age where most sales careers are tasked heavily with up selling and product creep, it twas refreshing to have a professional who was focused on meeting my price point and finding the best value in that range. Valerie addressed many questions on a number of vehicles that I showed interest in with an unbiased clarity. Her interest in maximizing the client experience was most obvious and a complete end to end service. She not only found a great vehicle, but did facilitated the financing part with her excellent colleagues; all the while making me feel each step was about me. I found the entire O'Regan's team to have the same client focus and it is understandable why they are so successful and such a tremendous organization. Having a team with professionals like Valerie can only result is success. I am now pointing all my friends and colleagues to Valerie and O'Regan's whenever the topic of vehicle purchases come up. Dean was an Excellent Sales Associate with great knowledge of the product (Tundra) and all of it's models and the available options. Prompt response to my phone calls and emails during the process. The vehicle was delivered on time. overall this was an Awesome Experience. Would buy another vehicle from this person anytime.
