Excellent service as always. Provided with courtesy car to attend scheduled appointment. The service was a two year recommended service with brake servicing.

Personnel are great, service has been exceptional until now. I had brake pads and rotors replaced by Kentville Mazda at approximately 84,000 km and they are in need of replacement at 113000 kms. Rotors are black, badly grooved and require notable pressure to stop van. Brakes were noisy and rough right from the replacement. I was told it was a minor issue, that roughness would smooth out with use. It has not and now they need replacement again.

We just purchased a CX5 and couldn't be more pleased. Mark Black was a pleasure to deal with and went above and beyond to make our experience an excellent one and even worked around our crazy schedule. Highly recommend Kentville Mazda!

Timing of payment had been agreed upon prior to my appointment. However I was then treated as if I was delinquent.. "settling payment " before a part would be ordered. The staff that I had already made arrangements with and had assured me every thing was fine didn't even come to my rescue. I am seriously thinking of going elsewhere.
