I met with Christina during my most recent visit. She was very thorough and knowledgeable while showing me the ins and outs of the Taycan 4S. She was very pleasant to deal with and is obviously a performance automotive enthusiast so we got along great while discussing the features and specs on the car before my departure.

Recently bought a car from Christina at Porsche of London. Even though my first Porsche came from another dealer before I knew London, Christina and the PoL team have always been great to me through numerous chats and visits. Christina was professional, and provided great guidance through our transaction on the new car. I can't recommend her enough. I'm excited to take my new convertible for a spin in the spring next year! Thanks for the great service Christina and PoL. Look forward to more years of business together!

A lesson in client service… Brad and the Porsche London team were excellent to deal with! I searched every dealer in Canada (literally) to source a Cayenne with the options that I wanted, which was challenging in today’s market. I purchased my 2021 cayenne sight unseen after multiple “back and forths” with Brad, following which he arranged to have me picked up in Toronto and brought to London. My new car (complete with ceramic paint and sport pipes) was on prominent display in the showroom where Jamille walked me through all the controls and set the systems up to my spec, during which the sales manager came in to say hello and confirm everything was good. Overall an excellent customer journey and a highly recommended dealer.

Very interesting company to attempt doing business with. Perhaps it’s time Chris Leavens (Owner) does a clean sweep and replace both his GM and Sales Manager. I saw a 2015 Porsche 911 advertised on-line and proceeded to make a “reservation” with a 2500 deposit through Porsche finder. Next morning I received an email from their sales manager advising me a person earlier that evening put a deposit on the same vehicle and I was bounced, ok I get it. He went on to indicate in his email that in the event the deal fell through I would be next in line. Two days later I was at the same dealership picking up my Macan which was in for service and ran into the new purchaser earlier that morning and yes two days later. The sales manager was off that day but I spoke to their GM and explained the situation. After a long winded awkward explanation which made no sense I didn’t push any further, waste of effort. I’ve been eyeing a watching the activity on a 2019 Porsche Turbo S Cabriolet they have advertised on-line for $ 287,999 which I was seriously interested in. A few weeks later the price was reduced and presently offered at $253,899 a savings of $34,401. (Wow one hell of a profit, what’s the REAL Price ?) what’s happened about fair pricing market value and reasonable profit margin, definitely missing at this dealership. At this time I really question this dealerships business ethics and how much profit they think they can squeeze out of the consumer. This type of business practice needs the be disclosed and put on notice the other consumers. Unfortunately they’ve lost my confidence and I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. As to how the owner (Chris Leavens) deals with his staff’s business practice/ethics is up to him. That will determine if they’re around a few years down the road from now.

Gary. I’m not sure I could’ve been any more honest or open surrounding the circumstances and the car you were interested in. When we’re dealing with customers who we have created a relationship with, both over the phone and in person, we try our best to keep our communication and transactions as smooth as possible. When there are blind, electronic deposits being sent in, with no bill of sale or discussion, it makes things a little more difficult. In reference to the price drop on the 911 you’ve been watching - that’s on consignment - we’re happy that we’ve been able to work with the owner to bring down the price to a number that we feel is more inline with the current market. My experience with Porsche of London, Brad Van Bakel and Jarrod has gone far above any expectations I may have had (even for a high end dealership). They were always available if I had any questions, helped me through the process and being patient with my indecisiveness without ever being pushy. Of all the dealer experiences I ever had, this was easily the best. When it comes to service, Shawn and his team are straightforward, communicative and willing to go above and beyond.
