Do not do business with them 🙅🏼♀️ not accommodating and have a lot of rigid policies like 15 km for Uber service, having to pay 55$/day for a loaner when they don’t have time to look at your brand new car. Absolutely horrendous. They have no loyalty towards long term clients.

I reached out online and starting working with a sales rep named Amanda, she was very interactive, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. Out of many dealers I have worked with she was the best sales associate by a long run, and I highly recommend her. If you're looking to upgrade your vehicle I highly recommend Amanda Poisson, she goes above and beyond your expectations.

Impossible to book a service appointment. Website is down and can’t reach anyone for days. Why own a Volkswagen if you can’t get it serviced.

Gianna has an attitude and is seriously disrespectful anytime I called to find out what the status of my car was after no call backs, no follow up emails - nothing. She is too quick to transfer calls to someone's voicemail and does nothing at all to actually find answers for your situation. What is she there for? Honestly. She simply doesn't care. As for the service department, they make up prices on the spot. They will rob you on BASICCCC services, including oil changes or small repairs. Don't waste your time at this location at ALL.

We like our new Taos 2024. Geoff, our salesman, was exceptional. He knew about the car, honest, listened, and did not push us. We enjoyed the time he gave us and the ride. We were so pack of nerves, but all went good. The personnel are all nice and cordial. We would go back. Love our VW.
