Having purchased many cars over the years I have to say that dealing with Amanda Poisson at Bytek was by FAR the best experience I've had to date. Amanda was there to answer my questions while at the same time not being the typical pushy sales person. The after sales attention by both Amanda and the rest of the staff was also exceptional as they worked to solve a small issue that I had. I highly recommend Bytek if you are considering a car purchase!

We recently purchased an Atlas Cross sport at Bytek Volkswagen and were impressed by their customer service and quick response. Everything went smoothly, aucun accrochage. Quality service the whole time. We are very pleased with them and love the new vehicle.

I leased my car from Anik who was awesome, very helpful and easy to work with. I was also helped by Jenn on the paperwork side of things who was again awesome to work with and even when I popped in unexpectedly to add my partner to the lease helped us add her smoothly and quickly. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend!

Bought our new to us VW Golf from Bytek and were overall pleased with the sales process. Brought the car in for its first oil and filter change and had a few questions about available options and some minor bodywork. No one department was able to get me the information I needed, so I wandered from department to department ringing bells waiting for someone to help me. When I finally talked to someone, the answers were brief, and not the least bit helpful. I left feeling very underwhelmed with the service and not willing to return unless it is absolutely necessary. A sale should not end when the car drives off the lot... In addition to that, the appointment was scheduled for Friday morning but we arranged with the Service Department to drop it off on Thursday afternoon. The work was completed that evening (Thursday) and we picked the car up before close. Today (Saturday) we received an email (somewhat scolding us) from the Service Department indicating that we had missed our appointment. Love the car but disappointed in the service and won't likely return.

What great service received from Raymond and Anik while purchasing my new Tiguan. They were professional and always able to answer any questions I may have and great with following-up after pick-up to make sure I was good. Such a friendly team that made this new purchase a smooth ride. I would definitely recommend anyone considering a VW to check them out!

We had a fantastic experience with Geoff and Jenn at Bytek Volkswagen when purchasing our car last weekend. Geoff (Sales Representative who worked with us) answered all our questions and thoroughly explained all our options. Geoff and Jenn made the financing process clear and straightforward. Geoff wasn't pushy and was attentive to all our requests, ensuring we felt comfortable and informed throughout the process. Geoff was extremely helpful, supportive, and patient.
