Just went in to look at the new e-golf. They had no more allocated to their dealer but JD was very honest and helpful. We aren't ready for a new car, but got a good idea of what we want and when we might be able to get it.

My recent experience with the dealership showed once again that Bytek takes a friendly, informative and no-nonsense approach to selling/leasing vehicles. In stark contrast to many of its competitors, Bytek did not engage in the "nickel and dime" tactics that quickly weary a consumer looking for a new vehicle. Dealing with Bytek has always been a positive experience as this is the third occasion on which I have struck a deal with them. Kris Peshev, the sales consultant, and Rebecca Nickerson, the business manager, were excellent in answering my questions and handling the arrangements to effect the transaction. Andrew Crowe, the General Sales Manager, was very approachable and responded to any concerns that I had in a helpful and ultimately successful fashion. If all things remain equal, I have no doubt that I shall return to Bytek for my next vehicle.
