Horrible service...I live in scarborough and I've had to travel up there about 6 times now and paid a visit to their autoshop once to get a reflector put on that should've been inspected during safety.. They missed a bunch of critical aspects to getting the car ready for me, including giving me the incorrect ownership, and this is all within 3 weeks! I thougt I was in good hands but there's been too many incidents with this dealership. They have a large selection, yes, but I'm a first time buyer and I can say that this has been a pretty bad learning experience and I recommend buyers to try somewhere else where the service is 100% on point! They rush jobs or don't even get to it. Very disappointed.

I recently bought a 2014 BMW 328i xDrive from AutoPlanet Direct and I'm extremely happy. Hisham was attentive to all my needs and had the car ready for me to test drive as soon as I got to the store. Picking up my car and making sure all the financial aspects were taken care of by Johnny made the transaction seamless. I would highly recommend APD and it will be the first place I look the next time I'm looking for a used car. Thanks guys!!!

I was very impressed by Mathew's professionalism in dealing with us on our purchase of the 2014 Town & Country in April/2015. In addition to selling me the vehicle, Mathew said anything he could do to make the sale smooth and any issue I may run into, he promised to come through and look after things. As promised I did have a few issues which were dealt with in a prompt fashion. Overall, I had a great experience in AutoPlanet Direct. They have a huge collection of cars in a broad price range. I was taken care by Hisham Ansari and I must say he is a great sales consultant. What I liked most is I wasn't forced to buy the car. All my queries were dealt with enough time and patience. I do recommend this company for pre-owned cars.
