I'm extremely pleased with Derrik and everyone else who was involved in the purchase my new vehicle! Very friendly, knowledgeable and honest. At no point did I feel pressured. After having so many bad experiences shopping at other dealerships this was SO refreshing! The staff at Bytek VW continue to go out of their way to make sure I'm taken care each time I visit!
