This is the second car we've purchased at Bytekw within about 5 years. First time we dealt with Andrew Quadling (via email) and David Vaughan as Andrew was away at the time of the test drive. The second time we dealt with Andrew (along with a test-drive/no-sale in between those purchases). Both Andrew and David were knowledgable about the cars, they didn't use high-pressure sales tactics nor the infamous 4-box sales model but instead listened to the customer's situation and reacted appropriately. They were also very accommodating about taking care of the trade-in situation too. Very pleased with the purchase experience. Would buy again from either salesman and Bytek.

I had a terrific experience working with Derrik at Bytek. I started shopping for my first new car a few months before I was ready to buy. He made sure I knew all the options that were available to me, and when I was finally ready, he was there to guide me through. Very friendly and knowledgeable, and passionate about Golfs!
